CHANGE AND RETURNS

Customers will be able to return the acquired product in the following cases:

(i) return: buyers have 10 days running to cancel the deal, either from the date the product has been delivered or from the date the contract has been signed with no responsibility on their own. this faculty cannot be exempted or rennounced. The consumer will reliably communicate about this revocation to R&C and will return the product to the shop assistant with no wearing traces and in the same condition as received. R&C will have to refund the amount of money received. likewise, the customer will exhibit, together with the product, the purchase receipt as well as its original packaging.

(ii) exchanges: the customer has a period of 30 running days from the reception of the product and this will have no wearing traces an it will be in the same condition as received. likewise, the customer will exhibit, together with the product, the purchase receipt as well as its original packaging. important note: there will not be exchanges for underware or accessories, except if it presents a failure caused by manufacturing.

how to deal with them?

A) a change can be dealt with through the customers' service centre. contact data and detailed procedure will be sent by e-mail once the purchase has been confirmed. those products which do not have the conditions mentioned in ii) will not be authorized to be changhed and will not be accepted but returned to the addresse instead.

B)the unique channel to ask for a return is the customers' service centre. the contact data and the detailed procedure will be sent by e-mail once the purchase is confirmed. products that do not have the conditions detailed in (i) will not be authorized to be returned or will not be accepted but sent back to the addressee instead. in both cases, the charges of the first transportation will be paid by R&C.
